Position: Dietary Manager
Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: Based on experience
Responsible for overseeing the entire food service department, ensuring that all residents receive nutritious, safe, and appealing meals that meet their dietary needs and preferences. A Dietary Manager plays a key role in both administrative management and clinical nutrition.
Duties:
- Menu and meal planning
- Staff supervision and management
- Policy Implementation
- Budget and inventory management
- Compliance and sanitation
- Resident care and coordination
- Food safety and sanitation
- Staff training
- Resident communication
- Interdisciplinary communication and collaboration
Skills:
- High School diploma or GED (Required)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management or Nutrition (Preferred)
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) (Preferred)/Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) (Preferred within 9 months of hire)
- SERV Safe for Managers (Required within 30 days of hire)
Experience: Practical experience in food service, especially in a healthcare setting like a nursing home, is highly valuable. Supervisory experience is also a plus.
