Position: Laundry / Housekeeping Associate
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift
Compensation: From $13 an hour (based on experience)
Work Location: In person at 115 Main Street Sidney, IA 51652
Duties:
- The primary purpose is to perform the day-to-day activities of the Laundry and Housekeeping Department.
- Gather resident laundry, mark them if needed, wash clothing and return them to the resident rooms.
- Cleaning dining rooms, restrooms, patient/resident rooms and making sure that the facility is a comfortable and inviting place for residents to live.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience working in laundry and/or housekeeping in a long-term care facility

Compensation: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Duties:
- Providing support for patients with activities of daily living including but not limited to personal hygiene, dressing, getting out of bed, toileting, walking, standing, or exercising
- The goal of the CNA is to keep our patients safe and make sure all needs are met
- As a team member they will assist in maintenance of a safe and clean environment for both patients and staff.
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- CNA License (required)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
Experience:
- One(1) years of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience in a transitional care unit/skilled nursing facility or hospital experience is preferred.
