CNAFull-Time, Part-time & PRN Day & Evening ShiftLincoln

Position: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time & PRN

Shift: Day & Evening Shift
Evening Shift staff get an additional $2.00 per hour differential starting at 2:00 pm.

Compensation: $17.00-$21.00 per hour

Work Location: In person at 4405 Normal Blvd. Lincoln, NE 68506

Certified Nursing Assistant CNA Duties:

  • Assist with daily living activities. This includes delivering meals, turning and ambulating patients and providing plenty of fresh water, as well as extra nourishment between meals
  • Help patients with personal hygiene. Provide patients with bedpans, help with baths, shampoos and showers
  • Provide adjunct care for the patient, including ice packs, non-sterile dressings and therapeutic baths
  • Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart
  • Assist the nurses and other staff as needed
  • Adhere to professional standards, follow policies and procedures and abide by federal, state and local requirements, as well as Joint Commission standards

Requirements:

  • CNA License (required)

Experience: CNA-1 year (Preferred)

RN/LPNFull-Time DayNebraska City

Position: RN/LPN

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift (6a-6p)

Compensation: Based on experience $10,000 Hire On Bonus Available

Duties:

  • Provide direct nursing care to the residents
  • Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by professional and non-professional staff
  • Supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Valid RN or LPN License
  • BLS (CPR) Certification

Skills:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
  • Good communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy ("bedside manner")
  • Willing to become CNA and be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Position: Scheduler Specialist (Nurse)

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift (Monday through Friday)

Compensation: Based on experience

Duties:

  • Create monthly schedules for all team members taking into consideration team member availability and skillset
  • Fill all daily unassigned shifts with the best suited and skilled team member available to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Anticipate and fill open shifts as they occur to prevent staffing shortages.
  • Participate in the orientation of new team members.
  • Welcoming family, visitors, and vendors to our facility.
  • Work well with all team members.

Experience: 

  • Minimum of LPN license required.
  • 1 year experience as a scheduler in a healthcare capacity.
  • Computer and smartphone proficiency.
  • Scheduling software experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the skilled nursing home industry preferred.
  • Customer service skills is a must.

License/Certification: LPN or RN license (Preferred)
