Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time/PRN
Shift: Day Shift (6:30 AM to 7:00 PM) & Night Shift (6:30 PM to 7:00 AM)
Compensation: Based on Experience
$10,000 Hire on Bonus for Full-Time
$5,000 Hire on Bonus for Part-Time
Work Location: LTC Acute Hospital - In person at 1540 N 72nd Street Omaha, NE 68114
Duties:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents on the LTC/Acute Rehab unit
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents per facility policy
- Accurately complete charting and documentation
- Communicate with physicians and carry out orders
- Supervise and support nursing staff as needed
Requirements:
- Current Nebraska LPN License
- Current LPN license in the state of Nebraska with IV Certification
- CPR certification (Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer)
- One year of clinical experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
