Nebraska City, Neb. – The Ambassador Health System is pleased to announce the promotion of Marcia Schroeder to Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
As CEO, Schroeder has oversight of the strategic direction and operation of The Ambassador Health System’s four skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, located in Nebraska and Iowa. While promoting a culture that reflects the organization’s values and mission, Schroeder will create and evaluate annual operating plans and budgets, manage compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, and develop future leadership within the organization.
